About the event
With over 35 years of NVC experience between us we’re excited to offer you this workshop.
We’ll cover all the basics of the NVC process with plenty of opportunities to explore, connect and practice in a safe & supported space (no previous NVC knowledge required)

Become aware of the ‘right/wrong/good/bad’ paradigm & its effect on relationships
Explore the roots of conflict and find ways to navigate differences & power struggles
Connect to and value your needs, and the needs of others, equally
Express honestly & authentically, & hear others with empathy & openness
Engage creatively to find solutions to everyone’s satisfaction
