HOT off the back of an invigorating National Permaculture Hui in Nelson, we invite you to come and instill some of the knowledge/experience and possibility thinking that was shared and that we could integrate into an even more resilient Christchurch.

Australian Tanya Mottl has been also been presenting about Community Resilience, using tools from the Global Ecovillage Network and Stockholm Resilience Alliance. Tanya is now an Ambassador for the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) and has participated in online Whole Systems Design programs and a global Resilience Project on how we adapt at 2.5 degrees.

Visiting permaculture practitioner and educator Jenny Pell. Former tree planter, helicopter pilot, carpenter, and yurt builder, Jenny has worked in Central America, Hawaii, and Europe organizing design courses, recruiting students, managing business details, and fundraising for scholarships, curriculum development and more. Her slideshows and presentations inform, inspire, and motivate people to make changes that help move us towards a sustainable future.
