10:30 - 1:00  Effective Collaboration, Governance & Decision Making 

Overview of group dynamics, tips and tools for effective group work.

Intro to governance methods, as well as their advantages and disadvantages.

Introduction to Belbin Roles of how we operate in a group, for high effective team building

Practicing using the colour of empowerment, discussion and decision-making processes.

SUNDAY - Robins McCurdy, Aotearoa Education, from Tui Community in Golden Bay

8:30 - 10:30 Economic Spectrum & Regenerative Economics

An overview of economics and the drivers that control the steam that we have, and a look at permaculture economics that can be designed to counter those effects.

11:00 - 12:00  Legal Structures

Overview of economics and the drivers that control the steam that we have

Overview of permaculture economics can be design to counter those effects How to identify and utilise appropriate resources. Knowing about a range of models to obtain access to land

1:00 - 14:30   Eco- Community & Village Design

Learn the typical steps and stages, from pioneering a land-based community through to the establishment phase. To have exposure to a range of ecovillages and co-housing and intentional communities around the world (powerpoint) and their particular strength and features.

15:00 - 16:30  Designing Social Systems 

A look at the relationship between physical landscape design and social design and how apply the permaculture principles to social design

SOME CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM MAY OCCUR

Refreshments:

We will provide morning and afternoon teas and snacks .

Lunches are generally potluck style, provided and shared by participants, though you are not expected to share food, especially those with specific food requirements.

We do cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.

Each Module Costs $220 - Please register below and we will get back to you about space availability on each of the modules and send through the payment details.

Covid Policy:

We have an open policy to attend this course and a vaccination passport is not required.

Refund:

If you can't attend the weekend, please get in touch to let us know, and a full refund will be given.

Please give plenty of notice to allow anyone on the waiting list to attend instead.

Non attendance and notices post 48 hrs before each module event, will not be refunded though you can transfer your ticket cost to a future module with a small admin fee.
